Meubles Foliot
Manufacturing Sector
Meubles Foliot aims to structure its data governance to harmonize definitions and strengthen the credibility of its IT team. Groupe Neos conducted an initial assessment, established a governance committee with a formal charter, and developed an 18-month roadmap to improve data quality and alignment.

Context
The organization has begun a structured initiative to better manage and leverage its data, with the goal of becoming a data-driven organization. Currently, multiple systems coexist with little to no integration. SAP is in place but underutilized, and most reporting is produced in Excel.
The Information Technology team aims to strengthen its credibility and position itself as a strategic partner within the company. To achieve this, it views data governance as a fundamental lever to structure efforts, harmonize definitions across departments, and foster a culture where decisions are based on reliable, shared data.
Objectives
1
Assess the current level of data governance maturity.
2
Establish a governance committee with a clear charter, defined roles, and measurable success indicators.
3
Develop an evolving data governance roadmap with tangible benefits for stakeholders.
4
Deliver quick wins while establishing a long-term vision.
